We hope you love your cashmere purchase but if not, you can return any unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective garments with their original tags that were purchased on The Cashmere Sale website.
Because of the pop-up nature of our business we can only take online returns for a limited time.
You may request a return label in the Return Center. Return labels must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order. A prepaid return label will be issued to your email. Your package must then be sent within 3 days of submitting return request.
Items purchased on the website cannot be returned to our stores. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact support@thecashmeresale.zendesk.com.
